#Claustrophobic?

Nobody really knows if they are claustrophobic or not, until they are put in a very tight space. You definitely should not have an MRI done if you are claustrophobic. I went into my MRI not knowing if I was claustrophobic, so I was very nervous.

I have freaked out since the beginning of the week about my MRI. I didn’t know if I was claustrophobic or not, so I was scared I would be. When I saw the machine, I was hoping I wouldn’t freak out, but I had a bit of an inside panic. I saw the space my head was going in and I saw the narrow machine that looked like a suffocation tube. My mind was literally all over the place. The Technician gave me ear plugs for the noise and he was so nice that he put a rag over my eyes in case I had a little bit of claustrophobia.

The noises that the machine made were so loud. After being in the machine for five of the twenty-five minutes, I started making songs and beats to the sounds of the machine. Every once in a while, I would lose the beat and a new sound would start, so I had to start all over. The MRI wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be; I even started to fall asleep and relax in the tube.

That was my First MRI and probably not my last, so hopefully I can make more songs and share them with you guys. I guess I’m not claustrophobic, as long as I can’t see anything.
